Song title: Men of Moravian Wallachia

Oh young men, where did you shepherd your flock? I lost my wreath, did you happen to find it?

We didn’t find it, but we saw it. It went down the river resting on ribbons.

Oh young men, get in your boats, and go down the river to find my wreath.

Even if we teamed three hundred horses, we wouldn’t be able to catch your wreath.

Song 2 title: Nezacházej slunce

1. Nezacházej slunce, nezacházej ješte,

já mám potešení, na dalekej ceste,

já mám potešení,    na dalekej ceste.

2. Já mám potešení, mezi hory doly,

:žádnej neuverí, co je mezi námi:

3. Mezi námi dvema, láska nejstálejší,

:a ta musí trvat, do smrti nejdelší:

4. Trvej lásko, trvej, neprestávej trvat,

:až budou skrivánci, o pulnoci zpívat:

Song title: Don’t set, oh Sun

Oh Sun, don’t set yet,

My beloved is on a long journey

My beloved is in the mountains

And nobody would believe what’s going on between us.

We love each other with everlasting love

love that will last until death.

Oh Love, last forever!

Even when the larks sing, at midnight.
