I have always had a rule when eating in a new culture …. Never ask what it is you have been given!!! Our first night we ate out, check out one of the pages of the menu we found … it made me laugh so much. What on earth is Black fungus edible frog !!!

Black Fungus is mushrooms, silly…now the edible frog is probably just that…you wouldn’t want to eat non-edible frog. ;0)
aloha Martin and Rebekah – so glad to have met you last year in Hawaii at the conference in Kapolei. We already did a dance for a visiting missionary from the Sing to the Well cd. I’m coordinating with some Maori friends to do a haka dance from the Fragile Warrior cd. Thank you for preserving the beautiful music from the nations!!!
